In this case, if a certain transmission link between the high-speed shaft and the low-speed shaft fails, the main hoisting brake will be ineffective for the reel. In this case, install the brake on the reel, called the safety brake. In the transmission link failure and speeding failure, run the brake first action, safety brake delay action.
