     Prohibit the use of non-qualified wire rope, if the wire rope diameter and the original design does not match, the first must ensure that the original design with the same total breaking tension, the diameter of the upper and lower difference is not greater than: diameter of 20 mm below 1 mm; diameter greater than 20 ㎜ of 1.5 mm. Too thick will cause the wire rope in the reel when the friction between each other to enhance wear.

    In the replacement or winding wire rope, we should pay attention to not let the rope knot, practice has proved that where the knot of the wire rope, knot in the use of the most easy to wear and broken wire. The Overhead Crane mechanism prohibits the use of two wire ropes.
