The cause analysis of 20 Ton Overhead Crane unable to run

1. To check whether the equipment of the power fuse burn out, If one phase is broken, the 20 Ton Overhead Crane can not be turned, the crane motor hoist starting torque is zero, so that the motor of its equipment will not run, it is necessary to replace enough fuse.

2. There is power grid voltage is too low, so the equipment regulated torque and voltage is proportional to the square. The acceleration torque can't overcome the load torque and can't reach the running speed.  The need to do is to improve the grid voltage of the equipment.

3. Stator winding inter phase short circuit, grounding or open circuit, which refers to the 20 Ton Overhead Crane winding grounding wire lead wire floor, need to do is open the junction box inspection. Notice that the motor can not be checked in the short circuit, and the other thing is to check whether the wiring of the control equipment is correct.
