It mainly consists of a box-shaped bridge frame, a large car running mechanism, a small car, and an electrical control device. Its structural design is reasonable. The bridge frame adopts a box-shaped main beam welded by automatic submerged arc welding technology, which has high structural strength and stability. The small car's power transmission uses a new device of I-beam track cable power transmission, which has excellent safety performance. Meanwhile, its components have a high degree of standardization, serialization, and generalization. Moreover, the lifting mechanism can be equipped with a second set of safety devices as required to ensure safe and reliable operation. 

The lifting capacity of this type of QD Double Girders Overhead Crane usually ranges from 5 to 500 tons, and the span is generally between 10.5 meters and 40 meters. The working levels are A5 and A6. It has flexible operation methods, including ground operation and control room operation. The control room can be open or closed, and can be installed on the left or right side. The entrance direction can be either the side or the end. The QD Double Girders Overhead Crane is mainly used for the loading and unloading and handling of ordinary heavy objects in general indoor workshops. After adding wind and rain protection measures, it can also be used in open-air sites, but it is not suitable for use in flammable, explosive, or corrosive medium environments.
