LD electric single-beam crane (hereinafter referred to as crane) is a space transportation tool designed according to JB/T1306-2008 standard and used in conjunction with CD1, MD1 and other types of electric hoists. Its main function is to complete the displacement of objects in a timely and rapid manner through lifting hooks or other picking devices in an intermittent and periodic working mode. It is an important tool and equipment for modern industrial enterprises to realize the mechanization and automation of production processes, reduce heavy physical labor and improve labor productivity.

This overhead crane is medium duty class overhead crane, the capacity from 1ton to 20 tons. The span from 7.5m to 31.5m, the working grade is A3-A4. Working temperature within -25 to +42 centigrade.

●System functions:

1) Real-time and remote monitoring

 All the monitoring points on the driver's cab display can be real-time displayed by the front end.

2) System control

The system is equipped with the vehicle controller independently developed by our company, which can be directly connected for window and image switching, PTZ and PTZ control, movement zoom control, wiper control and other functions. The interface is concise and accessible by simple and fast operation.

3) Video storage, playback, copy

This system uses the vehicle-mounted network hard disk video recorder to store the data of the front end camera. The retrieval and playback function can help users trace historical events, and plays an important role in the searching, processing and attesting of daily security events.

4) Intelligent linkage

The video monitoring systems can be linked with the crane electronic control system to complete automatic switching, automatic zoom, automatic steering and other functions.
