Industrial Grab Overhead Crane

QZ model double girder Industrial Grab Overhead Crane is composed of four parts: the box type crane bridge,

crane travel mechanism, crane power electrical device and grab. Lifting capacity includes the dead weight of the grab.

The grab can be used for lifting waste, steel scrap and so one cargoes.

Various grabs could be equipped according to the shape and size of the material, such as two ropes

or four ropes mechanical grab, electric hydraulic clamshell bucket grab, six petals grab bucket, stainless steel grab, log grab etc types.

The direction of open and close of the grab are of two types: parallel or vertical to crane main girder.

This crane control system includes ground control(crane pendant control or remote control) and cabin control.

1). Wheels, wire rope drum, gears, couplings are processed by CNC machine center, TOP quality control;
2). Heavy duty slip ring motor, or Sq.cage motor with VVVF, IP54 or IP55, insulation class F or H, soft starting and smooth
running.
3). Schneider/SIEMENS/CHINT main electric parts are used for durable and safe operation.
