Crane Bridge

QD Double Girder Crane Bridge can be divided into three types: ordinary bridge crane, simple beam bridge crane and special bridge crane for metallurgy. Ordinary bridge crane is generally composed of lifting trolley, operating mechanism of bridge frame and metal structure of bridge frame.

QD Double Girder Crane Bridge  is composed with Girder frame, Crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device. There are Pave the rail for the trolley move on the main girder.Assemble the moving table on the outside of the two main girder, one side is prepare for the assemble and maintenance the crane move device, another side is prepare for the assemble of the trolley conductor device.

The lifting trolley is composed of lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and trolley frame. The lifting mechanism includes motor, brake, reducer, drum and pulley set. The motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, so that the wire rope can be wound up or lowered from the drum to lift the weight. The trolley frame is a kind of frame which supports and installs lifting mechanism and trolley running mechanism, and it is usually welded structure.
