European FEM Overhead Crane

European FEM Overhead Crane is an important material handling equipment. It is also known as double girder eot crane. It is widely in industrial and mining enterprises, steel and chemical industries, etc. Users prefer to choose it its simple structure, good stability, smooth operation and large lifting capacity. Two main beams are the core component. Due to the high strength steel, it has good bending, torsion and shear strength. They are box beam structure, so main beams ensure the rationality of the whole equipment and also reduce it own weight. The entire bridge crane can move longitudinally on the track. Its electric trolley is located between the two main beams. It can move forward and backward with a lifting mechanism for lifting or lowering cargo.

Smaller Size and Lighter Weight: Compared to traditional bridge cranes, European double-girder bridge cranes feature a more advanced design, smaller size, and lighter weight.

Low Headroom: The maximum distance between the hook and the ceiling is minimal, effectively utilizing factory space.

Low Noise and Low Energy Consumption: Utilizing European standard motors and drive systems, these cranes operate quietly and consume 20%-30% less energy than traditional cranes.

1. European FEM Overhead Crane with hook is mainly composed of bridge,running gear of crane, trolley and electrical device,etc.It is divided into two working classes: A5 and A6 according to the use grade and load-up condition.

2.There are three kinds of method for entering the platform of cab:from the side, from the end and from the top. The figure is the side entrance; arrowhead A shows the end entrances the top entrance is at the place there is no door.

3.The figure shows that the cab is mounted at the left end.

4. Safe slide wire or angle iron can be used for electric conduction of the crane; it can be either at the opposite side of the cab (same as the figure)or at the sameside of the cab.

5. Operation of the crane shall be finished in the cab completely.

6.H0 is the in creased height of buffer of the crane, H0<=250.
