Dip quickly in the quenching liquid to quench. Crane for quenching is mainly used for cooling medium brine, water, mineral oil quenching technology. According to the quenching technology requirements,the hot workpiece should be keep immersion rapidly to the quenching pond to ensure uniform microstructure of workpiece, and avoid oil quenching burning fires. Its most notable feature is the lifting mechanism with a rapid decline of link, demand falling fast, accurate positioning.
